Google API Compliance

1. Scope

All Digital Duniya is a full-service digital agency based in New Delhi, India, operating since 2019. We provide Google Ads management, SEO, web design, web development, mobile-app development and broader digital-marketing services to businesses in India and internationally.

This page sets out our formal compliance commitments for all use by All Digital Duniya of Google APIs and the user data accessed through them — including the Google Ads API, Google Search Console API, Google Analytics Data API and Google Sign-In — while delivering those services. The specific APIs, scopes and user-facing features are described in our Google API Disclosure.

2. Adherence to Google policies

All Digital Duniya’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We confirm the following commitments:

2.1 Allowed uses

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve the specific user-facing features that are prominent in our agency Software — namely, the Google Ads management, SEO and analytics-reporting features used in the engagement.
• We use Google user data to diagnose technical problems and provide required customer support for those features.
• We use Google user data to comply with applicable law or a binding legal request.

2.2 What we do not do

• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except (a) as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features for the authorising client, (b) to comply with applicable law, or (c) as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale where the user has been notified.
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data except: (i) with the user’s explicit consent for specific data; (ii) where necessary for security purposes (for example, to investigate abuse); (iii) to comply with applicable law; or (iv) where the data has been aggregated and anonymised so that it cannot be used to identify any individual.

3. Minimum scopes & least-privilege access

We request only the OAuth scopes required to provide the agreed scope of work. Where read-only access is sufficient (for example, for Search Console or Analytics reporting), we request read-only scopes. Access to client Google accounts is restricted to authorised All Digital Duniya team members on a need-to-know basis.

4. Storage, security and retention

We protect Google user data with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
• Role-based access controls, MFA and regular access reviews for team members.
• Logging and monitoring of access to Google API connections.
• Least-privilege access to the Software and to client Google accounts.

Google user data is retained only for as long as it is needed to provide the agreed service. We delete or aggregate cached data when the engagement ends or upon the client’s written request.

5. Revoking access

You can revoke our access to your Google account data at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, we will stop making API calls under that connection and delete cached copies in line with the retention rules above.

6. Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Our broader data-handling practices are set out in our Privacy Policy and our service engagements are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Both documents are publicly available from every page of this website.

7. Reporting concerns

If you believe we have not complied with the commitments set out on this page, or if you have any concern about how Google user data has been accessed or used, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
